Interaction with government staff, representatives of other human service organizations, and families and consumers are frequent and may involve conflict and strong feelings. Tact and diplomacy are needed. In state travel may be necessary for which private means of transportation should be available. Some evening and weekend work and some out-of-state travel may be required on a limited basis.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field AND one (1) year or more of clinical program experience with people with severe mental illness.ORBachelor's degree or higher in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field AND three (3) years or more of clinical program experience with people with severe mental illness.Total CompensationAs a State employee you are offered a great career opportunity, but it's more than a paycheck.
