LPN Float Pool - Up to $35/hr

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' health conditions to the RN.
• Provide basic wound care and medication administration under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with activities and therapies to help residents maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents.

• Current and active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• A patient and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resident dignity and respect.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
