- Lead a scrum team focused on delivering value to the business stakeholders
- Develop (using Apex, LWC, API, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow) and build out best-in-class systems via the Salesforce Platform to assist with growth affecting all areas of our business
- Take a lead role on major projects and to solve complex business problems
- Understand and evaluate business requirements in the context of our overall business system solutions, including systems outside of Salesforce (NetSuite, Marketo, Internal products (payscale.com), etc.)
- Identify opportunities for the larger Business Systems Team that will drive gains in operational leverage company wide
- Build out processes and procedures to improve team's ability to deliver quality solutions on the Salesforce Platform
- Train and mentor Admins and Developers on Salesforce Best Practices
- Help design solutions to meet the business needs of Salesforce at a time of company growth and heavy investment into the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop overall solution design options and recommendations, considering pros and cons (i.e. object structure, development of formulas, integration points, needs for non-native functionality, etc.)
- Participate in design review meetings and at times lead the evaluation of technical requirements and options
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Salesforce PD2 Certification preferred)
- At least one Architect-level Salesforce certification
- 10+ years professional experience including:
- Administering/development with Salesforce
- Salesforce Flows (must have)
- Developing on Salesforce platform including Apex triggers, Trigger Frameworks, and Lightning Framework (including LDS)
- 2-3 years of experience being a Team Lead preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience building custom SOAP and REST integrations
- Domain knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
- Desire to work within a collaborative, team-based environment
