We are a “one stop shop” for our clients being able to provide them with such services as:· Janitorial / Maintenance Services· Staffing· Security Guard Services· LogisticsResponsibilities· Search for potential clients and sale our services.· Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.· Establish and build profitable service relationships between new customers and our company.· Sell and renew service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.· Effectively write, and present proposals.· Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff.· Keep management informed of progress and account status.Requirements· Minimum of 1 year of services sales experience.· Superior communication and customer service skills.· Self-motivated.· Ability to work within team environment.· Analyze opportunities for clients and develop tailored service programs.· Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.· Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring the best level of service.· Establish weekly reporting plans
