- Cheerfully welcome guests upon entrance and begin the reception process.
- Meet, greet, provide information, and directs our service guest to the appropriate service advisor.
- Look for opportunities to assist and wow customers making their experience pleasant and memorable.
- Be available and ready to assist, eagerly looking for ways to be helpful to all.
- Look for opportunity to keep grounds neat and clean.
- Understand customer’s non-vehicle needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the dealership.
- Arrange off-site accommodations, transportation etc. upon request from guests.
- Quickly, politely, and accurately determine appropriate routing for customer inquiries.
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Assist with technology or any questions from customer new car delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License -Required
- 1-year verifiable experience as a premium hotel concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role - preferred
