At the present time, Endeavor has a need for a Sr. SW Developer.

JOB DUTIES:

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software for Client’s Business applications on a Microsoft platform
-Develop functional specifications based on vision & scope provided by the Development Manager, both alone and in conjunction with other developers
-Implement functional specifications on Win32 platform in C# languages, as well as Microsoft SQL and ASP.NET
-Perform literate programming, using adequate commenting and documentation
-Adopt industry standard coding practices
-Provide reasonable estimates of time and materials required to complete goals outlined in vision & scope provided by Development Manager
-Mentor more junior developers on implementation of proper coding standards including performing code reviews
-Has delivered applications working under the Agile methodologies on time and up to customer expectations
-Java experience a plus but not required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Training:
-Required: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Prior Related Experience:
-Required: 6-8 years working with SQL server
-Required: 4-6 years working .NET technologies
-Required: 4-6 years developing WinForms applications
-Required: 4-6 years working with multi-threaded applications on the Win32 platform
