Description:

CDM is looking for a fulltime Environmental Engineer for its office in Atlanta, GA.

As a member of an environmental assessment and remediation team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by:
• Planning and conducting work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Planning, scheduling, conducting, or coordinating detailed phases of work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope.
• You will receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.
• These projects will include environmental assessment, remediation and compliance, conceptual design, and remedial design projects.
• Participating to a limited degree in new business development.
• Establishing and monitoring budgets to assess profitability.

Requirements
• 5 - 7 minimum years of experience since B.S.
• Master’s degree desired
• Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer.
• Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents in assessment and remediation performed under CERCLA, RCRA, and state lead environmental programs.
