The Healing Staff is a medical services contractor for the Air Force. In the early years, the company was owned and run by a sole propietor who made sure the business was run ethically and efficiently. She sold the company to an investment firm in NY called Prospect. Prospect as an investment firm is only interested in the bottom line and the operations of the business has suffered because of this. Many key figures in the corporate office have quit or been fired, and replaced with those who are not necessarily qualified, but applied none the less.
Because of their inability to comply with Air Force time lines, and dead lines, The Healing Staff may not be around for too much longer. Not to mention the unfriendly customer service from their payroll department and their inefficient recruiting team, THS has poor relations with their employees in the field. You can be fired for any reason, or no reason, and none of the Project Managers will tell you why. You can never get a hold of anyone in the corporate office...if your time sheet is in, or if you'd like to request time off.
