Job Profile - Identifying, inspecting and finalizing space in NCR. - Conducting area mapping, area profiling, feasibility analysis, consumer survey and retail drivers survey to understand the dynamics of the market for the assigned territory. - Overall in charge of the Store where by planning, organizing and executing the operations for all the departments in the store. - Achieving the sales target by maximizing potential customers footfalls by conducting varied marketing activities. - Executing the Loyalty program, in-store promotions and managing proper customer data base. - Effectively overseeing staff, organizing staff rosters, train new staff, delegate duties to them and evaluate their performance. - Manage the orders and look into new stock replacements. - Assist and advise customers on selecting products and on the use and care of products. - Organize product promotions and display of new stocks. - Maintaining complete documentation on department wise sales, stock, cash deposits, and category wise sales data for products. Also maintaining complete data of new and existing loyalty card members.
