I have many clients that have diversified into the medical staffing industry. Many staffing agencies are starting nursing agencies, radiology agencies, respiratory agencies and at times just focusing on Ultrasound staffing.

The medical staffing industry has always been the backbone of many fleeting into a type of non-recession based employment. We are in the US experiencing tough times, yet the medical field is offering employment.

That means that many in the medical staffing field and constantly receiving orders to fill positions. A hospital may not want to work with staffing agencies, but laws force them to use these staffing agencies.

So, as a long time consultant in the medical staffing industry, I have to say today is an excellent time to be in the medical staffing industry and or start a medical staffing agency.
